CHARLES H. GOLDSTEIN is senior partner in The Goldstein Law Firm. Mr. Goldstein is a pioneer in the field of employment law in California. His depth of knowledge and experience in labor, employment and wage and hour litigation and class actions have produced outstanding results for clients.
Mr. Goldstein is and has been Lead Counsel in many Wage and Hour Class Actions and Private Attorneys General Act cases. Mr. Goldstein is not only an outstanding litigator, but he is an excellent negotiator who during his long career has resolved many difficult labor, employment and wage and hour cases to the benefit of the clients of The Goldstein Law Firm.
Mr. Goldstein was one of the Chief Negotiators and Author of the Landmark Work Continuation Agreement that resulted in the Metro Rail and other public transit lines in Los Angeles County being built without costly work stoppages. This resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for the taxpayers of Los Angeles County.
Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of George Washington University School of Law, Washington D.C., where he was a Trustee Scholar in Law and was awarded a J.D. with honors. He has been admitted to the bars of Virginia, California, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Goldstein is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Century City and American Bar Associations, State Bar of California and the State Bar of Virginia.

JOSEPH A. GOLDSTEIN is a member of The Goldstein Law Firm. Mr. Goldstein practices in the areas of labor and employment law and represents clients in Wage and Hour Class Action and Private Attorney General Act lawsuits, as well as lawsuits alleging discrimination, harassment, and other related employment causes of action.
Through the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Delegation to the California Conference of Bar Associations, Mr. Goldstein has authored four (4) statutes that have been passed by the California Legislature and signed by the Governor into law: AB 1850 protects children who witness acts of domestic violence but whom the law previously did not regard as victims of those crimes; AB 1738 allows home-owners in common interest developments the right to have counsel present in disputes with the HOA for the first time in California; AB 830 expands the definition within the gender violence statute to include and protect transgender individuals, and creates new protections for individuals based on sexual orientation; and SB 1007 amended the California Arbitration Act to provide for the right to a certified court reporter in arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of the George Washington School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with General Honors from the University of Chicago with a major in Modern European History. He received a Master of Arts degree from Teachers College, Columbia University in Secondary School Social Studies Education. Mr. Goldstein was a John Dewey Scholarship award winner at Columbia University. Mr. Goldstein is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of California. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, United States District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, United States District Court, Central District of California and The United States Supreme Court.
